The Biola MBA program offers a unique set of features that prepare followers of Jesus Christ to be successful leaders in the marketplace.
What We Offer:
Biola MBA students are each paired with a successful Christian businessperson who provides them with personal, one-to-one mentoring and executive coaching throughout the program. Some students have called the mentor program the “secret sauce” of the Biola MBA.
Biola believes the Bible has much to teach us about all aspects of business, from finance to marketing, so we integrate these principles from scripture into every class. MBA students also take courses specifically on ethics and theology, in order to bring biblical values into the debate about what is and is not ethical in the workplace.

Students focus not only on how to start and lead businesses, but also on how to utilize God-given resources most effectively in any organization. This is the essence of entrepreneurship.
Most classes meet one night per week for 8 weeks, plus an occasional Saturday or weekend course, making an accredited graduate business education possible for busy, working adults.
Your fellow students and professors share your faith in Jesus Christ, and we openly discuss how our calling to business is our ministry to God.
